Terms and Conditions of Booking
Tickets purchased online for all UCDents events which are held off campus (and also the UCD Ball) can be collected from the Students' Union 2 days prior to the events' scheduled date (a longer collection period for the UCD Ball will be provided closer to the time). For events held in the UCD Student Bar, online ticket purchases can be collected at the door prior to entering the event
UCDents and UCD Students' Union will not offer refunds for any purchased tickets. The only exception of this is in the case of an event being cancelled. In this case, you will be contacted regarding an arranged refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Tickets for all UCDents events are available to UCD students only. You may be asked for your student card prior to entry. UCD Students' Union reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not adhere to UCD rules & regulations regarding to campus events. As previously agreed with UCD, a UCD student may endorse admission to any two persons who are not students of the college, provided they are signed in and accounted for by the UCD student in question upon entry.
All ticket purchases are final. Any refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis. For more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
